Get a grip!

Regarding the apostate girl in the USA with the non-citizen father who wants to kill her at the urging of his cleric, both the father and the cleric need to be deported and/or charged. America must not allow freedom to be rendered into a joke. Those who choose freedom for all are welcome in the USA. If you are not into that, you are not welcome and goodbye.
